Britain’s First University Archaeology Day

On June 22, the University College London will host the country’s first University Archaeology Day. One of the primary goals of this event is to promote archaeology as a worthwhile career choice, for it seems while the demand for archaeologists in the private sector is increasing the number of students studying archaeology in college is falling.
