Park Service's "Cultural Resources Climate Change Strategy" an online sensation!

The transition to the new presidential administration of Donald Trump has led to the fear among many of potential suppression of scientific data, particularly data related to climate change. In 2016, as the centennial year of the agency was coming to a close, the US National Park Service published a report "Cultural Resources Climate Change Strategy" (the report can be found at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/climatechange/upload/ClimateChange_01-05_DigitalPrelim.pdf 

As of the end of January, the report had become the most downloaded report from any US federal website, showing great interest and concern by scientists and the public alike.
