A new director for a new archaeological area in Rome


Managing world-class heritage sites is a complex endeavor, involving business finances, tourism management, conservation needs, and protecting against potential impacts by both human and natural disasters. In Rome, the ministry of culture has just launched a search for a new director of the Colosseum, which is being combined with the Roman Forum in a new archaeological management area.
