"An animal head, a bird-like figure...and rune symbols drawn inside a scroll"

A rune stone that was formed part of the entrance to a mid-11th-century church was lost when the church was dismantled in the 19th century. Recently, construction workers installing a lightning conducter at the modern-day church accidentally uncovered the missing stone.
