Historic preservation traditionally has been targeted toward places and sites that can't move. Historic structures, archaeological sites, gardens and landscapes. Now, legislation recently introduced to the U.S. Congress seeks to preserve the history of the automobile (and motorcycles) as important aspects of American culture.
