The HMS Terror: an Arctic shipwreck

In 1848, two ships from the British Royal Navy were attempting to define a Northwest Passage through the Arctic region, with disastrous results. Both ships had to be abandoned, and all men on board died. Now, researchers have finally found the sunken remains of one of the ships on the floor of an Arctic Bay.
