New large-scale sculpture planned for Hudson Yards development

Development underway in New York City above the Hudson Rail Yards will bring additional retail, residential, and office space to the west side of midtown Manhattan. A large-scale stairwell-like installation is being planned for a large-scale open plaza in the center of the development. It could be seen as an exclamation point given its location near the north end of the High Line.
