Tom of Finland, in Los Angeles

Recent preservation efforts focusing on the history of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities have expanded greatly in recent years, including the notable LGBTQ Heritage Initiative sponsored by the US National Park Service. This group in Los Angeles, California is working to preserve the mid-20th-century home of one of the gay community’s most iconic gay artists.
