The Epsteins and the Wongs—new exhibit focuses on post-World War II immigration to the United States

The Lower East Side Tenement Museum in New York City has developed a well-deserved reputation for interpreting the housing conditions of poor immigrants in contrast to the more traditional opulent house museums of their former wealthy inhabitants. A new exhibit focuses on post-World War II immigrants, an often overlooked period of immigration history in the United States.
