Adaptive re-use of historic structures is one of the best ways to ensure their continued preservation. In Buenos Aires, an early 20th-century theater, later turned into a cinema, was recently reborn again as a bookstore. In a city that claims to have more bookstores per resident than any other city in the world, this new bookstore in an old place is unique.
