California’s coastal parks are closed
A huge and spreading wildfire in northern California has resulted in the closing of a number of public parks. Due to both extensive smoke, the danger of the fire itself, and the traffic caused by those flocking to the area to fight the fires have made the coastal scenic highway almost impassable in parts. More intense, and extensive, wildfires are predicted as a result of climate change.
