"The U.S. Military on the Front Lines of Rising Seas"

That is the title of a new report by the Union of Concerned Scientists. Many of the coastal military installations at risk have significant historical assets. In particular, the report notes the particular threats of coastal flooding along the Atlantic and Gulf coasts, where some of the oldest and most historically, and militarily, significant military bases are located.
