The Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC has for years displayed early planes, rockets and space modules illustrating our fascination with flight and space. Recently, curators conducted a 3-D scan of the Apollo 11 module, which documented the messages the astronaut scrawled on the inside of the module.
